What is Chikankari and how should I care for my garment?
Chikankari is a traditional hand-embroidery style from Lucknow. To preserve the delicate threadwork, we recommend dry cleaning or a gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
How long does shipping take within India and internationally?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping usually takes 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for unused items with original tags. Please note that customized or sale items are generally not eligible for return.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the hand-dyed nature of the fabric and different screen settings, slight variations in color may occur.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most domestic pin codes.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
