Return Process

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before securely packaging it for collection.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost for the first attempt.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
